Mike has refined his professional prospecting approach through 22 years of training sales teams for over 460 UK and international companies, including global leaders, selling into a wide cross section of markets. Mike has additionally taught more than 26,000 delegates in open seminars and workshops for city and regional Chambers of Commerce, the EEF (the manufacturer’s association) and for several niche industry training providers.
Previously Mike was employed in front-line sales and marketing management with IT, hygiene and several telecommunications companies. They include NCR, Initial and BT.
Mike’s current clients include Bernhard Schulte Shipmanagement (BSM) - The world’s premier ship and crew management company and Akzo Nobel - Global leader in decorative paints, coatings and specialist chemicals – brands include Dulux and International.
Today Mike continues to present open seminars, speak at conferences and facilitate sales team training both in the UK and internationally, focusing on the strategies and tactics of winning new customers and negotiating and bidding for profitable orders and contracts.
